Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your saffron or product must be:

    • In the same condition as when you received it.

    • Unopened, unused.

    • With original packaging intact.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at info@safrandor.shop Returns must be approved in advance. Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your saffron or product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@safrandor.shop so we can resolve the issue.

    Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original for a refund first, then place a new order for the desired item.

    European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
    For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unopened and in original condition with proof of purchase.

    Refunds
    After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
